UMTS Node B is a logical node in the Radio network subsystem like BTS in GSM, It is responsible for transmission and reception of radio frequency signals to/from user equipment. The Node B - ISS team WCDMA Node B –Call Processing team WCDMA Node B –Call Processing team works on WCDMA Call Processing mainly involving NBAP and ALCAP Protocols. The team charter is full ownership including Requirements Review, Design, Coding, Unit Testing, Pre-Integration and Support until DR5. The team has full ownership of the Call Processing Module.
