NVIDIA is looking for a world-class Senior Video Engineering  Manager to join the Video Software Engineering Group at NVIDIA. The  successful candidate will manage various teams working on diverse
digital video/audio/imaging technologies on the PC. We are looking for  a self-driven and experienced candidates who have excellent leadership and management skills, extensive systems software experience, who can oversee the implementation of complex video-centric architectures and software stacks, come up with plans and schedules and drive software deliverables and various productivity initiative. The successful candidate must also have great communication skills and be able to interface efficiently with various groups within NVIDIA as well as outside (3rd party ISVs, Microsoft, OEMs, etc..).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science, or related degree
- 7+ years experience in a management and leadership position
- Experience with dealing with 3rd party partners
- Experience with dealing with international teams
- Familiarity with computer system architectures and the hardware/software interface layer models
- Familiarity with Video codecs such as MPEG2, MPEG4, H.264, VC1 is highly useful
- Familiarity with DirectX-VA, MS MediaCenter is also beneficial

Requirement for Device Drivers

We have a Requirement for Nvidia Graphics on Device Drivers. 

This position is with Nvidia Graphics Bangalore.

processors in the world, and require cutting edge validation methodology. 

In this key role, you will be instrumental in the development of a validation 

suite of future GPU architectures and verification of hardware implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Development of directed or random diagnostics to validate the processor 

  Instruction Set Architecture (ISA), reference models, C simulation models, 

  RTL models, HW emulators and real hardware.

- Writing and reviewing validation test plans

- Debug of diagnostics on various platforms

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- 8+ years of Processor verification / validation and software programming experience

- Requires strong programming experience in C/C++ and assembly

- Good debug skills

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE (should include, however not limited to):

- Low level software experience like BIOS, device drivers

- Experience with HW/SW interactions

- Experience with directed and Random functional testing including

writing test plans and directed or random diagnostics

- Software infrastructure for validation of architecture correctness

Requirements/Qualifications (Education) :

B.S in EE or ECE or Computer Engineering.  6 + years of relevent experience in VLSI/ASIC physical design

External Job Description :

Responsibilities: In this role, the candidate will lead and participate in the physical design implementation (RTL2GDSII) of large ASIC designs in 65 and 90 nm technologies, to ensure the design goals i.e, performance/power, and reliability (signal integrity)constraints are met. Candidate will actively participate (hands-on) and provide technical guidance to the junior members in the team, in one or more of the following design tasks : Logic Synthesis, Floor Planning, Power Planning, Place & Route, Physical Synthesis and optimization, Static timing analysis, Clock tree insertion/analysis, power and xtalk analysis, physical design verification (DRC/ERC/LVS) Requirements: Interested candidates should have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in physical design. Proven record of design tapouts in 90 nm/ 65 nm technologies and hands-on experience with EDA tools in physical design & analysis (Cadence, Synopsys or Magma)is a must. Experience in timing closure, low power design methodologies and signal integrity is a big plus.
